I really enjoyed the way the choices were presented and the way you could get different options just by waiting dialogue out. The most memorable moment of the game for me was when I had the option to question something and after waiting a few lines, the option changed to let me kiss Flynn. It felt like such a good use of mechanics as storytelling. I really enjoyed everything about this game tbh, a great story and a great experience!
ARGHH I LOVED THIS WHY DOESN'T IT HAVE MORE RECOGNITION?? the style is so entirely new and fresh and the writing was so good and and ARGHH?? i've never seen a visual novel done like this without sprites and so narrative driven. 100/10, about to replay.
Great writing, loved the technical work too with the choices being time-sensitive or organically skipped over, it felt like each choice was 'active' or natural in how you resolved it.
Also 100% here for the relationship dynamic, makes me want to re-read The Scottish Boy again.
